How to order - step by step:

1. Choose your model
2. Create your custom in the custom builder
3. Don’t forget to add your addons (boltprotectors/powerstraps) and select your specifications (shell/lining)!
4. Click the 'Order Now' button
5. Check your overview, fill in your email and continue
6. Copy your Custom Code and proceed to payment, you will be forwarded to the Adapt webshop
7. Select your size and setup, paste your Custom Code in the Custom Code field and add to basket
8. Add any additional items you want to order and proceed to checkout
9. Adapt will contact you after receiving your order to check your custom and confirm production

Detailed explanation

You can order a custom Adapt skate by creating your dream skate in the Adapt custom builder at www.adaptunlimited.com. After you’ve completed the look of your custom skate, you can click on the 'ORDER NOW' button. On the following overview page, you will see an overview of your custom skate. Click 'CONTINUE'. On the next page you will receive your unique Custom Code, which you need to copy. Click 'PROCEED TO PAYMENT' to be redirected to the Adapt webshop, where you can add a standardized custom product to your shopping cart. Here you can select your size and choose your setup. You will also need to fill in your Custom Code in the 'Custom Code' field. In case you forgot the code, it was also sent to your email address with an overview of your custom skate. Make sure to check your spam box in case you don’t see the email! After adding the item to your shopping basket, you can also add other items to your order and proceed to checkout.

After you’ve completed and paid for the order, we can use your unique custom Adapt code to look up your custom in our backend system. We will email you a confirmation with the overview of your custom as a final check. After we’ve received your confirmation we will start to produce the skates for you!

The Adapt custom builder is a visual representation of what your custom will look like, colors may slightly differ from reality. Leather is a natural product, so small differences in color can occur. Once your order has been placed, it is not possible to make changes to your custom. Because these skates are custom made for you, it is not possible to return the skate for a refund or to swap for a different size. Therefore it is very important that you know your Adapt size. Production time for a custom skate usually takes 4-6 weeks. When the production of your skate is delayed, we will keep you informed. Delays (within reason) do not give you the right to cancel the order of your custom skate, we will of course do everything we can to prevent delays from occurring.

Adapt skates are designed to fit as close to your feet as possible for optimal control and responsiveness. This means Adapt skates will probably fit differently than skates from other brands. While in most other (hardboot) skates you can get away with a skate that is too big, in Adapt skates it is very important to wear your true size. Determining your true size can be difficult with sizing varying in skates, shoes, brand and models.
